Tennis Finest Surprise

The Dubai Duty Free Tennis Finest Surprise offers fans the chance to win a special grand prize, the latest model of Audi Q7 3.6 (Ice Silver). Tickets are priced at Dhs500 and are on sale at the Tennis Village located at the south end of the stadium.

Ball Count

Look out for a brand new car filled with tennis balls. Correctly guess how many balls are inside and you could drive an A5 Sportsback 2.0 (Ice Silver) car home. Entry tickets cost Dhs10. The balls inside the car will be counted on the morning after the Men's final.

Dubai Duty Free Barclays Children's Clinics

The WTA Dubai Duty Free Barclays Kids Day will be held on Moonday15th February at 10.00 am and the ATP Kids Day will be held on the opening day of the Men's tournament on Monday 22nd February at 11.00am. The Clark Francis Tennis Academy will be running this event. Once again, almost 150 children from over 25 Schools in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi will attend these clinics having a chance to both on and off court participation. They also have a pass to watch some of the top players later in the day.

Tennis Emirates Clinics

Tuesday 16th February - 10am
Tuesday 23rd February - 11am
Twenty top tennis players under the age of 16, from across the UAE take part in the clinics. Participants also have the chance to meet and play against some of the star players. The clinics are part of a long-term plan to raise passion for the game at grass roots level. The events consist of basic warm-ups and stretching drills, ball control and accuracy and stroke play. Once again in 2010, tennis professionals from the ATP and WTA will participate in both days as well as various tennis coaches from UAE Tennis Federations.

Right To Play

Right to Play is a concept which allows local Arab schools to play tennis and introduces Arab youngsters to the sport. Children are invited on Monday 15th February at 10.00 am and Monday 23rd February at 11.00 am.

Activity Sheet Competitions:

Competition entry forms, spotting the differences in player pictures for the juniors and completing tennis related puzzles for the seniors have been sent to schools around Dubai , Abu Dhabi and Sharja.

The winning entries in the junior category will win 2 tickets to the women's final and the winning senior entry will receive 2 tickets to the men's finals.
